Some guidelines from Smart:

1. Smart Buddy Ticket Load must be loaded into your account before the stated expiry date printed on the back of the Ticket Load. The Ticket Load will consider invalid upon reaching the expiry date.
2. How to Load:
   a. Lightly scratch off the protective ink to reveal the 14-digit personal identification number or PIN.
   b. For Buddy Loading, dial 1510 + 14 digit PIN and send.
   c. For TNT Loading, dial 1511 + 14 digit PIN and send.
   d. For Bro Loading on any Smart GSM Cellphone, text RELOAD and send to 1510
   e. A voice prompt / text (for Bro) will confirm your successful reload attempt
3. Smart Buddy Ticket Load must be consumed within the validity period (15 days for all denominations)
